| About Us Lauren Hanson and Jill Cleary met at the South Shore Hospital Neo Intensive Care Unit (NICU) back in April of 2005. Both of us gave birth to premature babies within days of each other and they were side by side in the NICU isolates for three weeks. We became instant friends and having shared such an experience together, stayed in touch for play dates with our little ones. Coincidentally, we also had our second two children within days of each other, but thankfully neither of them required a stay at the hospital! We both share a love and appreciation for fitness and overall good health. As your trainers, we would like to help motivate you to achieve your fitness goals. |

JILL Jill currently lives in East Bridgewater with her husband, Stephen, and sons, Stephen (4 years old) and Jared (2 years old). Jill is a spinning instructor and is a certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) as of May 2008. Jill is certified in fitness instruction for moms through Stroller Mamas Fitness, LLC. Jill is also certified in adult and child CPR. |
LAUREN Lauren was born and raised in Bridgewater and still resides there with her husband, Adam, and daughters, Gwen (4 years old) and Clare (2 years old). Lauren is a certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) since 2002 with a specialization specific to training women, and as a Wellness Coach. She also has a Sports Performance Nutrition Certification pending. Lauren is current with her CPR certification and is also certified in fitness instruction for moms through Stroller Mamas Fitness. |

| What We Do Moms with Muscle is committed to unity in health and wellness. We realize the difficulty and importance of making time to exercise. Moms with Muscle will increase your fitness level while you spend time with your child(ren) and form friendships with other Moms in the community. Look fabulous, feel great and meet wonderful people – you and your baby will love it! Our 60 minute classes consist of cardiovascular and resistance training intervals using your stroller, resistance tubing, and your baby. Work at your own pace – as your Personal Trainers, we will motivate and push you when you need it. This program is ALSO great for Moms who already have a little muscle, but are looking for a structured program and interaction with other Moms in the community. |
