We we need to be able to keep up with our kids. Being quick and agile is a necessity - right? We also want to set a good example for our children. As moms, it is important that we take care of ourselves in order to better care for our families. Keeping healthy and fit is crucial for balance within a family - we are given one body for our entire lives and taking good care of it is essential. Children are more likely to see the value in taking care of themselves if you as a mother set that foundation for them from the get-go. If they see you taking an interest in your own well being, they will also value exercise in their own lives. |
